WE LOVE SPECIAL PLANTS!
We are a small nursery that grew out of our passion for self-sufficiency in fruit and vegetables, particularly with a focus on collecting exotic AND hardy fruit trees.
OUR VISION
"Gardens with high utility value, the highest variety and biodiversity, with many different fruits, vegetables, herbs, habitat for many different species and all without the use of pesticides and chemical plant protection products!
With a great recreational factor, harvestable all year round through the cultivation of species and rarities that are interesting for the future climate in the sense of permaculture, forest gardens, food as medicine, medicinal herbs, traditional Chinese and European medicine. And so much more..."
Since we grow all the plants and seeds offered in our garden ourselves and we absolutely want to avoid toxins and waste there and do not want to support this elsewhere, we work ecologically and strive for organic certification.
That's why, as far as possible, we send all plants in the root ball or bare-root in order to put less plastic into circulation in the form of pots - which usually end up in the garbage after planting.
All offered plants are lovingly hand-grown by us in Germany!
EDIBLE
Food forest, fruit garden, snack garden...isn't it great to go into the garden, onto the balcony or the terrace and simply pick edible and usable fruits or plant parts and use them directly?
USABLE
From many plants you can not only use the fruits but also the leaves, flowers, roots or bark.
A large variety of plants in our gardens also benefit insects, birds and other microorganisms.
HARDY
Pomegranate and fig? - They don't grow in cold Central Europe, do they?
Clear answer: they do. And how!
There are many more hardy fruit trees than you think.
